Normal Working Hours: 37.5

Working Schedule

Your qualifying days are (M, T, W, T, F, S, S). The working hours will be as follows:

From Sunday to Thursday - 5:00 pm to 12:00 am.
Friday and Saturdays - 5:00 pm to 2:00 am.

There is a need for the employee to be flexible and these hours may be changed as required according to the employer's needs. Under these circumstances, where hours need to be changed or additional hours worked, the employer will give as much notice as possible.

The maximum amount of time you can be required to work is 48 hours per week and you are entitled to 11 consecutive hours rest in any 24-hour period.

Basis of Employment

Your employment is on a permanent, full-time basis.

Salary

It is a full-time position with a Gross Salary of £42,000/- per Anum.

The employer will deduct National Insurance and Income Tax as required by law. The employer may also deduct any overpayment of wages or holiday entitlement.

Duties and Responsibilities

Advertising and marketing associate professionals assist in the development and implementation of our full menu, which aims to elicit the preferences and requirements of consumers, businesses and other specified target groups so that our customers may meet these needs.

Discusses business methods, for our food and it's services and targets customer group with employer or customers to identify marketing requirements
Collates and interprets findings of market research and presents results to the upper management.
Through market research, discusses possible changes that need to be made in terms of food items, price, packaging, promotion etc
Developing digital marketing strategies, such as the use of social media, to promote, menu, good customer services and presents options to the customers.
Briefs upper management on advertising and client requirements, monitors the progress of advertising campaigns and liaises with management on potential modifications.
